METHODS OF PAYMENT |

Continental US – I prefer and encourage the use of PayPal (using microstitch at aol dot com as the recipient), however, Money Orders, Travelers Checks, Bank Checks or Personal Checks will be accepted as long as they are made out to me, Bobbie Schoonmaker. |

All checks MUST be made out to Bobbie Schoonmaker. |

There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks in addition to incurred costs, including legal fees.

International – PayPal is the only acceptable means of payment. You can use your credit card through PayPal. |

SHIPPING & HANDLING |

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated by the shopping cart and included in your final total. We ship all orders using Canada Post. All orders are shipped Air Mail except for those located in the Montreal, Quebec area. These orders are small package, local mail. |

International orders are also shipped by Canada Post Air Mail with such charges paid by the customer. We do not insure packages unless specifically requested to do so. Insurance charge will be added to your balance due. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages shipped without insurance. You are responsible for any taxes, duty, or customs fees for your country. |

Once packages leave our hands we have no control over them. Experience tells us that domestic delivery can take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks and International from 4 days to 8 weeks. Please be patient if your parcel doesn’t arrive as quickly as you’d like. |

RETURN POLICY |

If you wish to return items you must contact us via e-mail beforehand.
Items may be returned for refund within 10 days of receipt (less shipping and handling 2 ways) as long as they are in the same condition in which they were shipped.
We aim to please, so if you aren't, we want to hear about it! |
